The UK housing market is finding its feet. New-build demand stays strong in key cities, while buyer confidence returns.

Flipping is down, but smart investors are focusing on the north.

Glasgow has the fourth highest demand in the UK for new builds, and across Scotland the average house price has risen over the past year by 6.4% to £191,927.
